Mobility Is Control, Not Just Stretch

Strength Supports Skill
Strength is often described relative to bodyweight and task. For performance discussions, absolute numbers matter less than whether force can be produced smoothly under fatigue and with attention left over for timing.
Conditioning Has Many Shapes
Repeated short bursts, sustained moderate effort and long low-intensity work place different demands on the heart, muscles and nervous system. A well-designed plan selects the mixture from role requirements.
Recovery Is Training Too
