This project treated bureaucracy as performance. Stamps, desks and invented rules made compliance visible and open to play. The archive value lies in that critique of authority, not in copying old personal details or presenting the brigade as a current organization. New imagery is explicitly editorial and generated.
Wayback captures show how this address participated in the domain's older participatory-art identity. The current Review treats it as documentary context: useful for understanding perception, authority and temporary culture, but not as a manual.
